Advocate, Managing Partner

Tymon Kulczycki graduated in law and journalism. He also studied philosophy at the University of Warsaw. He is registered as an attorney in Warsaw. His advocate practice includes commercial law, tax law and criminal law with particular emphasis on economic crime. He created the WhitestoneLegal Law Firm as a multidisciplinary law firm. From 2001, he has participated in nearly three thousand projects that he ran for clients from around the world.

In the years 2011-2015 he was a member of the Council of the National Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications. He participated in numerous regulatory processes, including the creation of the Telecommunications Act Law, or the Renewable Energy Sources Law Act. For years, he has been a lawyer recommended by commercial advisors to foreign investors operating in Poland.

MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
Tymon Kulczycki participated in due diligence, structuring and negotiating the most complex transactions for clients from Poland and abroad - from power industry and telecommunications to the automotive and real estate industries. He also specializes in niche legal issues, such as trust or securitization of obligations.


SECURITIES LAW
He advised on many debuts on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He also cooperated in the WSE with the NewConnect stock market and with the Catalyst debt securities authorization and trading system. He supported many transactions on the capital market and successfully performed in hostile takeovers. He has many years of experience in defense in criminal business processes.


TAX LAW
He gained experience in international tax law as part of the British International Tax Planners Association, of which he was a longterm member. His specialisation is the creation of international corporate structures and tax security. He also participates in administrative disputes and in precedent court rulings in the field of tax law. Tymon speaks English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. He also knows the basics of Turkish. He gained his first professional experience as an automotive journalist. He is married and has two sons.
